A Double-blind, Randomized, Placebo-controlled Clinical Study in 64 participants with stress and anxiety. What makes Clevr different? - We make truly instant, just add water lattes. Many other ā€œinstantā€ brands out there still require multiple steps, like adding your own milk or sweetener. Our lattes froth like a coffee shop latte, thanks to our signature blend of oat milk and coconut creamer already in the mix - We include clinically backed dosages of functional ingredients in each blend - so you can be sure each blend is painstakingly researched. No B.S. - We put just as much emphasis on flavor as we do on functional benefits. Our blends are meant to be an everyday indulgence that you can enjoy (while also knowing that youā€™re doing something good for your health!) - We source the highest quality ingredientsā€”prioritizing regenerative agriculture, and small-scale, single-origin suppliers. You can taste (and feel) the difference. What are adaptogens & why add them to lattes? Adaptogens are plants and herbs that have been found to help the body manage stress and maintain balance. Adaptogens can actually work with caffeine synergistically to help provide more stable energy levels and reduce the crash that usually comes with caffeine. - Caffeine gives an immediate boost, and adaptogens can help stabilize that boost to prevent a crash, as well as help to build long term, sustainable energy without the need for as much caffeine. - Caffeine can cause anxiety and jitters; adaptogens like ashwagandha have anti-anxiety effects. - Caffeine creates a cortisol release and taxes our adrenal system over time, whereas adaptogens nourish our adrenals to bring you back into balance. - Adaptogens soothe and support the nervous system, helping to restore balance and reduce stress - Adaptogens have other benefits like boosting mood, promoting cognitive function and boosting immunity - so who wouldnā€™t want them in their latte?! Do any blends contain caffeine? Some of our blends have caffeine and some are caffeine-free - please see the product details for specifics. Our caffeinated blends range from 8 mg-40 mg of caffeine. For reference, a standard cup of coffee contains around 95 mg caffeine. What if I donā€™t like it? We have a 100% happiness guarantee. If you don't love Clevr, email us and we'll refund you, or send you a different flavor to try. How do I make a Superlatte? It's so easy! - Just add 3tbs of mix to 6-8oz hot water - Froth shake (vigorously!) or blend - Enjoy hot or pour over ice No milk, sweetener or hassle needed. Are the blends vegan and gluten-free? Absolutelyā€”all our ingredients are vegan and do not contain gluten. Our oat milk is made from gluten free, Organic and glyphosate-free oats. However, even though the ingredients we use contain no gluten, our SuperLattes as a whole are not yet certified gluten-free. This certification process takes time, but it is one that we are currently working on, so hang tight! When will I get my order? Most orders ship in under 24hrs Mon-Fri, and arrive between 2-5 days later. You could be sipping pretty in a few days! The flavor is mild and oh so delicious. I cannot get through a day without having a glass of the honey pistachio latte that I make with 1/4 cup original oat milk with ice and 1 1/4 cups cold water mixed with two level spoonfuls of the Clevr powder and two packets of Truvia. I use a frother to mix the powder and water and then pour it over the oat milk and ice. Read MoreRead more about this review Was this helpful? Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my favorite is Honey Lavender. Both flavors are so good, I actually prefer them to drinking coffee.
